Ingredients:
Textured soya protein*, wholemeal breadcrumbs* (wheat*, yeast, salt), brown rice flour*, barley flakes*, onion*, vegetable bouillon* (sea salt, rice flour*, vegetables* [onion*, carrots*, parsnip*], yeast extract, sunflower oil*, parsley*, turmeric*), celery powder*, carob powder*, sea salt, black pepper*, cumin*, sage*, thyme*. *certified organic ingredient.
Cooking Methods:
Stir 125g into a bowl of 175ml boiling water and 2 tsp oil. Stand for 10 min. Wet hands, shape into 4 burgers.
Fry in a little oil or grill or barbecue until golden brown.
Oven: Pre-heat to 200°C/180°C fan or gas. Lightly grease baking tray, bake for 20 min turning once until thoroughly cooked.
